10/22/20 - The first knowledge sharing forum to be led by a member company representative was carried out via zoom on 10/21/20. Brianna Keivas, from Jefferson Industries, facilitated a forum of 15 Spend Engine member companies on the subject of cross-consortium price and cost benchmarking. Well done Brianna!

9/11/20 - SpendWorx co-hosted and co-sponsored a virtual workshop event with the New York ISM for over 30 companies on the subject of "Procurement in the New Normal". The workshop was recorded and is available  on the member section of this website.

6/9/20 - Barb Ziederman of SpendWorx delivered the virtual workshop "Covid-19 Impact on Talent Sourcing" to over 30 HR leaders. Tools & techniques delivered included how candidate evaluation and selection will work in a new normal environment. 

2/12/20 - Phil Kuzdowski of SpendWorx delivered a hands-on field workshop to Spend Engine customers at the Prairie Retreat in Scottsdale on developing business cases and implementation plans for GPO contracts 

2/4/20 - The Spend Analytics in Private Equity Seminar at the Embassy Suites LAX is attended by investment and operations team members from 12 PE firms.  

1/7/20 - First Spend Engine RFP for third party logistics services is issued to 12 3PL providers. Selected provider will serve 23 participating collaborative procurement community companies. 

11/18/19 - Brian Heudraf of SpendWorx customer Spark Veeley Inc. led the knowledge base value workshop for new procurement community members at the 2nd Spend Engine Summit in Scottsdale, AZ. 

9/6/19 - The invitation phase for SpendWorx's 2nd Collaborative Procurement Community CPC2 closed on 8/30/19 with nine technology product companies signing on as launch members. CPC2 members will participate initially in 6 commodity markets including metals, contract manufacturing and electromechanical devices.

8/5/19 - The Phase III Invitation Phase for SpendWorx's Spend Engine Collaborative Procurement Community is open through Friday August 30th, 2019.

6/13/19 - Spend Engine consortium members Unipress Ltd and Valve Technologies LLC co-present with SpendWorx at the Manufacturers Cooperative Conference in Aurora, Iliinois.

4/18/2019 - SpendWorx launches two new Guaranteed Save contracts with leveraged pre-negotiated pricing for machine shop services and legal services.

1/2/2019 - SpendWorx launches Guaranteed Save leveraged contracts for over 20 indirect spend categories including industrial supplies, office products, marketing print, cloud analytics software and many more.

10/15/2018 - Four additional companies joined the Spend Engine Collaborative Procurement Community during the final sign-up window which closed on 10/12/18. CPC1, SpendWorx's first community of knowledge sharing mid-market enterprises, now comprises 42 companies across 7 industry sectors participating in 10 commodity markets and 4 knowledge sharing hubs.

8/17/2018 - Phil Kuzdowski and Dennis Patresi of SpendWorx host the seminar 'Big Data in Spend Analytics' for 13 mid-market companies and 7 private equity firms at the Shore Hotel in Santa Monica.

7/29/2018 - SpendWorx Founder Mark Usher and VP Product Development Brant Nielen are guests on KNX1070 Tech-Talk to talk about the state of procurement at small and mid-market companies.

6/18/2018 - Jeff Frost, VP Supply Management of Strachan Products, a launch customer of the Spend Engine collaborative procurement community, publishes 'Benefits of a Collaborative Procurement Community' in 1 Procurement Place.

6/8/2018 - The SpendEngine collaborative procurement community's first leveraged procurement hub goes live for 9 of the community's companies and 11 commodities.

5/1/2018 - 11 new member companies join SpendWorx's SpendEngine collaborative procurement community which now comprises 38 companies across 7 industry sectors participating in 9 commodity markets and 4 knowledge sharing hubs.

2/2/2018 - SpendWorx's collaborative procurement community SpendEngine closed its first sign-up window with 27 launch companies.

7/3/2017 - SpendWorx 2.02 released with contract compliance reporting and commodity price trend dashboards
